At Tea King, we stand behind the quality of our traditional Chinese teas. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of tea and food-grade products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part
To initiate a return, please email us at teakingtrading@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue along with your order number to teakingtrading@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used tea products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
