Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. For international shipping outside these regions, please contact us at teakingtrading@gmail.com before placing an order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

• Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

For international orders outside Canada and the USA, please contact us before placing an order for shipping availability and rates. Additional duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first.

• If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items and email us at bentonsau@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
