Imperial Pu-erh Tea (宫廷普洱, Gōngtíng Pǔ'ěr)

Imperial Pu-erh Tea is a high-grade Pu-erh tea that originates from Yunnan Province, China. The term "Imperial" (宫廷, Gōngtíng) indicates that it was historically made for royalty and the imperial court. This tea is known for its fine, golden buds and smooth, rich taste, making it one of the most refined Pu-erh varieties.

Imperial Pu-erh can be found in two main types:

  1. Imperial Ripe Pu-erh (宫廷熟普) – Fermented, smooth, earthy, and rich.
  2. Imperial Raw Pu-erh (宫廷生普) – Unfermented, fresh, floral, and complex.
