Hailing from the rugged cliffs of Wuyi Mountain, Da Keng Kou Rou Gui is a distinguished Wuyi rock oolong celebrated for its depth, warmth, and complexity. True to the Rou Gui cultivar, it carries gentle cinnamon like notes, intertwined with natural sweetness and a rich roasted character, layered over the signature mineral “rock rhyme” (岩韵) of its terroir.

The first sip unveils a smooth, full bodied richness, with hints of stone fruit, caramel, and warm spice that linger elegantly. Its texture is thick yet refined, finishing clean and refreshing, a perfect tea for mindful sipping.

Brewing Directions:

  • Water Temperature: 95–100°C (203–212°F)

  • Tea Amount: 6–9g per 150ml cup or gaiwan

  • Rinse: Quick rinse of leaves (5–10 seconds)

  • Steeping Times:

    • 1st infusion: 20–25 seconds

    • 2nd infusion: 15–20 seconds

    • Subsequent infusions: gradually increase by 5-10 seconds each

  • Tip: Brew Gongfu style to fully enjoy the tea’s cinnamon warmth, mineral depth, and layered aroma.
