- 2nd infusion: 3-4 minutes.

Gongfu Style Brewing (Stronger & Richer Flavor)
- Teaware: Use a gaiwan (100-150ml) or a small teapot.
- Tea Amount: 5-7g of tea leaves.
- Water Temperature: 90-95°C (194-203°F).
