Brewing Directions:

• Water Temperature: 95–100°C (203–212°F)

• Tea Amount: 6–8g per 150ml gaiwan or teapot

• Rinse: Quick rinse of 5–10 seconds to awaken the leaves

• Steeping Times (Gongfu Style):

  • 1st infusion: 10 seconds

  • 2nd infusion: 10-12 seconds

  • 3rd infusion: 12-15 seconds

  • Increase by 2-3 seconds each following brew
